Practice Snapshot Setting: 100% Outpatient – No inpatient call or rounding Schedule: Full-time (4-day workweek available) Support Staff: Experienced NP and long-tenured clinical/administrative team Patient Volume: 18–22 patients/day | Ages 5 Call: Light office call, shared with NP (10 or fewer calls/month, phone only) EMR: Cerner (transitioning to Meditech Expanse in Dec 2025) Hospitalist Program: Fully in place—no hospital call duties Technology: Advanced tools including Mako robotics and cardiac CT Candidate Qualifications Required: MD or DO BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Comfort working in a rural setting and independently Community-focused with growth mindset Preferred: Sports Medicine fellowship Interest in building new service lines New grads and residents welcome Compensation & Perks Base Salary: $275,000–$295,000 Incentives: Retroactive and proactive productivity bonuses Benefits: Full health (medical/dental/vision) Relocation assistance Generous PTO, CME stipend 457, 403(b), and physician-specific retirement plans Visa Support: Case-by-case basis Culture: Strong emphasis on professionalism and values alignment About the Community This charming Southern town is located within easy driving distance of multiple major cities while offering the tranquility and community spirit of rural life.
