Physician Assistant

Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Livingston, Texas Patient Population: Preferably birth through adult - will consider candidates seeing ages 4-5 and up Compensation: $130,000 (commensurate with experience) Overview The PA will provide outpatient primary care services in a well-supported clinic environment. This role is ideal for a provider interested in autonomy, stable scheduling, and a long-term career opportunity. New grads with strong clinical rotations may be considered, depending on experience and comfort level.

Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care to pediatric and adult patients Conduct routine visits, preventative care, and chronic disease management Perform basic procedures as applicable to training Collaborate with supervising MD/DO as needed Provide patient education and promote health literacy Complete accurate, efficient documentation in the EMR system Ideal Candidate Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PA in the state of Texas Comfortable seeing a pediatric population (birth preferred, 4-5 acceptable) Confident clinical decision-making and strong bedside manner Competitive base salary with room for upward adjustment based on experience Supportive, community-focused clinic environment Standard full-time schedule Mission-driven care model serving underserved and growing populations Stable organizational leadership and structured onboarding Start Date Before the New Year - expedited hiring process available.
