Physical Therapist

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and provide rehabilitative therapies to senior residents, helping them regain function, mobility, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, document progress, and educate residents and families on home exercise programs.
