Physical Therapist - Concierge / Consultant Corporate / Hybrid Travel + Virtual

Now Hiring: Physical Therapist – Concierge / Consultant (Hybrid Travel + Virtual) Full-time Philadelphia, PA Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide concierge-style consults for employees at partner worksites through virtual visits and quarterly on-site travel. This role focuses on early intervention, first-aid–level evaluations, and clinical triage rather than traditional ongoing patient care. Ideal for a PT who values autonomy, flexibility, relationship-building, and variety.

Hybrid schedule with 25–33% travel, competitive salary, bonus potential, and full benefits. Job Requirements: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of PA or a PT Compact State. Must reside or plan to reside within 45 minutes of the Philadelphia airport. 3+ years of experience Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience is preferred.

Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness) Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadership Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites OCS a plus Spanish-speaking is a plus
