Physical Therapist

Job Description Community Care Physicians is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join their team! Integrate elements of patient/client management, examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis and interventions in a manner designed to maximize patient’s functional outcomes.

Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills.
