About Humyn Labs

Humyn Labs builds data infrastructure for Physical AI, helping teams capture high-quality real-world data to train the next generation of robotics and embodied AI systems. We convert human action across sound, sight, movement and touch into high-quality multimodal data signals for Physical AI. We operate across 20+ countries in India, Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, the real-world environments where Physical AI is deployed, not the labs where it is built.

About the Role

You'll make sure the hardware that powers our data collection reaches the field tested, ready to use and working. Working at the intersection of our Research, Procurement and Operations teams, you'll be the link between the hardware we source and the teams using it on the ground.

What You'll Do

• Hardware readiness: Set up, test and troubleshoot hardware so every device is field-ready before deployment.
• Field deployment and support: Support the operations team with on-site deployment, train on-ground teams when needed and resolve issues on the spot.
• Logistics and tracking: Manage hardware deliveries between the head office and sites, coordinate pickups and dispatches with delivery partners, and keep asset records up to date.
• Documentation: Help prepare clear SOPs and hardware guides, and adherance on the same.
• Cross-team support: Take on additional responsibilities across the Research, Procurement and Operations teams as needs evolve.

• Hustler: Execution-focused and comfortable in fast-moving, unpredictable ground conditions.
• Hands-on problem solver: Enjoys working out why a device isn't working and fixes on-ground issues in real time.
• Detail-oriented: Keeps trackers, records and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Tech-curious: Excited to go deep into Physical AI, from the hardware to data operations.
• MS Office fluent: Strong in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
