Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview Be part of a team that values YOU as a Pharmacist, with a great work family. IP preferred but not essential. This incredibly successful independent Pharmacy group requires a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily running of the branch in Ely, situated on a residential high street.

Our highly trained and dedicated pharmacy teams are there to help in every aspect of patients’ well‑being and give sound professional advice. We have a full‑time 2nd Pharmacist and a strong team that just needs a leader.

Key Duties Lead, coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performance. Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines. Administer immunisations and vaccines to patients.

Monitor and ensure customers are prescribed the correct medicines. Hours Monday to Friday (plus at least 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, preferably 1:2). Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 0900‑1800 = 8hrs (1hr lunch).

Wednesday 0900‑1730 = 7.5 hrs (1hr lunch). Saturday 0900‑1200 = 3 hrs. Total: (1:4 Sats) 40.25 hrs p/w; (1:2 Sats) 41 hrs p/w.
