Job Description Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager $75,000–$90,000 | Hybrid | San Diego, CA-Based Brokerage A well-established independent insurance brokerage based in San Diego is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. What You’ll Do: Manage a middle market personal lines book from A to Z—renewals, endorsements, billing, client communication, and policy changes Deliver prompt, professional service to ensure high client retention and satisfaction Communicate directly with carriers to resolve issues and secure favorable terms Use Applied Epic to manage workflows, documentation, and policy activity Identify coverage gaps and make recommendations to strengthen protection Stay current on personal lines products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in personal lines account management Strong working knowledge of Applied Epic is a must Excellent communication and organizational skills California P&C license required A client-first mindset with attention to detail and follow-through What You’ll Get: $75,000–$90,000 base salary (depending on experience) Supportive team and well-run, independent brokerage Full benefits and a healthy, collaborative work environment For more details about this position and to explore other opportunities in commercial lines insurance, please contact Insurance Search Specialists.
