Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist

We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing & Paid Media Specialist

Arenavachi is looking for a hands on, performance driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands.

This role is not focused on one industry or one brand.

You will work across businesses in areas including:

• Luxury furniture and interior design
• Home fragrance and scenting
• Cosmetics and beauty
• Construction and custom homes
• Lifestyle and home related brands

You will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across:

• Meta Ads, Instagram and Facebook
• Google Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• Retargeting and conversion campaigns
• Lead generation and ecommerce campaigns

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being inside the platforms, launching campaigns, testing audiences and creatives, analyzing performance, optimizing budgets, and continuously improving results.

What we’re looking for:

• 4 to 5 years of hands on paid media experience
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads is an asset
• Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, funnels, and attribution
• Ability to manage both ecommerce and lead generation campaigns
• Comfortable working across very different industries and customer profiles
• Highly analytical, curious, and performance focused
• Able to take full ownership of campaigns from setup through optimization and scaling

We do not need someone who only creates strategy or manages agencies.

We want someone who is obsessed with performance, loves testing, learns quickly, and keeps optimizing until the numbers improve.
