SEO Management: Oversee organic search strategy to improve rankings, drive high-quality traffic, and ensure technical SEO health. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager to identify growth opportunities. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure the lowest possible CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and the highest ROAS . Reporting: Build transparent, real-time dashboards to communicate growth metrics to the leadership team.

What We’re Looking For The Specialist: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads (B2B) and Google/Meta (B2C/B2B). The Strategist: You understand the difference between \"vanity metrics\" (likes/impressions) and \"north star metrics\" (revenue/leads).
