As part of our expansion, we are building dedicated teams in India across: IT & Development Marketing Administration Customer Service We are focused on creating a high-performance global workforce and are looking for a capable HR professional to support and scale our operations. www.premiumtransfers.co.uk Role Overview We are seeking a proactive HR Manager (4–5 years experience) to manage and support end-to-end HR operations for our growing global team. This is an onsite role based in Chandigarh IT Park , requiring strong execution, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across tech, marketing, operations, and support roles Develop and implement HR processes, SOPs, and documentation Oversee onboarding and training workflows Monitor employee performance, KPIs, and productivity Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation Support employee engagement and communication across teams Handle employee relations and conflict resolution Compliance & Operations (Important) Research and implement driver recruitment compliance requirements Ensure compliance for onboarding operators and chauffeurs Maintain documentation related to licensing, eligibility, and onboarding Support basic compliance understanding across UK, Europe, UAE, and USA Required Qualifications 4–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management Strong experience in: Recruitment & onboarding HR operations & documentation Employee relations Good understanding of HR policies and compliance basics Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment Proficiency in HR tools and systems Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field ⭐ Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience hiring tech teams (developers, QA, etc.) Exposure to multi-location or international teams Familiarity with mobility, transport, or service industry ⚠️ Important Expectations Strong ownership and execution mindset Detail-oriented and structured approach Ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a growth-stage company environment
