Per Diem RN Delegator in Tacoma, WA

JOB TITLE: Per Diem RN Delegator WORK HOURS: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday as well as rotating On-Call nights and weekends and seeing clients prior to office hours and after as needed. DEPARTMENT NAME: Clinical REPORTS TO: Clinical Director and Administrator of Home Care and Home Health.

The RN would be doing nursing assessments, visits, and delegations throughout King and Snohomish County.

We provide a wide range of services to help individuals remain in their homes. Some of our current client care includes working with clients with dementia, spinal cord injuries, brain injury, and bone and joint injury.

Some of the nursing visits can include but are not limited to infusion therapy, wound care, setting medications, providing injections, compression wraps, urostomy appliance change, and ventilator care. We also provide Care Management services as well as RN Delegation. Preferred candidates will have a wide range of experience in many areas of nursing, including supervising caregivers.
