What You’ll Do: ✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients. ✔️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence . ✔️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations. ✔️ Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care . ✔️ Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Students.

What We’re Looking For: ✅ Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation). ✅ Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates). ✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive. ✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset . ✅ Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
