A Robust Pediatric Program 46-bed pediatric floor with an ADC of 25-30 Seamless collaboration with: 24-bed PICU staffed by our in-house pediatric intensivists 14-bed CVICU with our dedicated pediatric cardiac intensivists 30-bed Pediatric ER covered by our pediatric emergency medicine physicians Level III NICU supported by our experienced neonatology team Access to a near-full spectrum of pediatric subspecialists Academic affiliation with the University of Nevada School of Medicine Opportunities to teach pediatric and family medicine residents This is an environment where teamwork fuels excellent patient care-and where your voice and expertise truly matter.
