About the role\n

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to build strong relationships, coach leaders and deliver practical people solutions that help our workforce thrive. Working as part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you will partner with operational leaders across an allocated portfolio to provide trusted advice and guidance that supports both our people and the community.

Responsibilities\n

• Partner with leaders to provide expert People & Culture advice across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change and employee wellbeing.
\n
• Coach and build leadership capability, supporting confident and informed people management.
\n
• Work collaboratively across specialist People & Culture teams to deliver consistent, practical and compliant workforce solutions.
\n

Qualifications and Requirements\n

\n
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or demonstrated working experience.
\n
• Broad knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and People & Culture practices.
\n
• Current valid Driver's License with ability to undertake travel for the role.
\n
• Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check, Right to Work within Australia and National Police Records Check.
\n
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online course with LCS2 outcome (Will be supplied by Wellways).
\n

Desirable\n

\n
• Strong working knowledge of SCHADS and Modern Awards.
\n
