Payroll manager (hybrid) - growing business

My client, a growing professional services business in Dublin, seek a Payroll Managerfor their expanding payroll services department. You will ideally be a Manager or Senior Manager in either a medium/large professional services business or working in a large Irish PLC or multinational dealing with complex payroll across a number of jurisdictions, but potentially have previously worked in a client focused business. You will lead a very capable team, building strong working relationships with clients and internal senior leadership across other departments.

There is a competitive salary on offer, strong career progression as it is likely this person will move to Director level, subject to performance. The Role Responsibility for managing and reviewing a portfolio of Irish and internationally active payroll clients.

Review and sign-off of monthly payroll processing, statutory payroll filings and outputs. Advising clients on Irish payroll changes and compliance matters. Ensure payroll services are delivered by the team, on time and in line with agreed service levels.

Develop and foster strong working relationships with clients. Deliver a consistently high standard of client service, Build strong working relationships with peers and leadership across other department. Mentor, coach and develop team members.

Contribute to department and inter-department cross selling initiatives. The Person A minimum of 5 years' experience in Irish payroll processing, including experience in a manager / senior management role. A recognised payroll qualification (IPASS or equivalent).

Strong working knowledge of Irish payroll legislation, PAYE, USC, PRSI.
