Patient Access Representative

Patient Access Representative We are seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our ED Admissions team. This is a part-time, 24-hour-per-week position. The schedule is every other Tuesday or Thursday and every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 11:00 pm to 7:00 am shifts.

This role also requires working alternating holidays. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, registering patients, prioritizing individuals who require immediate nursing attention, obtaining all required patient information and signatures, and answering and screening incoming calls and cashier duties. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and interact with patients, visitors, and staff in a knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient manner.
