About the Role

Stealth is looking for a Partnership Manager to build and manage a portfolio of referral partners. You will be responsible for prospecting and keeping them engaged, and growing a steady flow of referrals over time.

We've built our growth engine around relationships. As a white label agency, our entire referral program runs on trusted allies who bring us their clients, and every closed deal creates a win for everyone involved. In this role, you won't just manage a portfolio, you'll build a network of long-term partners that grow alongside you: every referral that converts into a client turns into shared success, rewarding both sides of the relationship.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and onboard new referral partners.
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of active partners.
  • Keep partners engaged and incentivized to refer consistently.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your partners.
  • Track referrals and their outcomes in the CRM.
  • Share market feedback, objection trends, and insights with leadership.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in Partnership Management, Account Management, BDR, Business Development, or B2B relationship management.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and other decision makers.
  • Able to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts independently.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Advanced/fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing referral programs or channel partnerships.
  • Experience with commission-based or performance-based partner models.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.


Compensation

  • Base + variable.
  • Variable tied to referrals converted into closed clients.

  • Active partners in your portfolio booking calls every month
  • High level of engagement from partners, active communication
  • Partners are constantly bringing new revenue and getting paid for their commissions
