Our client, a science-driven company with Ukrainian roots and international HQ in EU, looking for high-performing business developer with international experience and proven results — ready to open LatAm markets, build senior-level partnerships, and drive global growth country by country.

 

Company produces a smart polymer solutions make roads last longer, cost less, and save lives. Already active across Eastern Europe and Asia, they are now expanding into 80+ countries — and  looking for additional efficient teammates to join on their mission.

 

They are building a high-performing international team — and looking for a full-time, remote Partner Network Development Manager with proven results in establishing strategic partnerships globally and international business development.

 

Position Format: Full-Time | Remote

 

Your Focus: International Development through Strategic Partnerships

●       You will be on the front line of our market entry in LatAm countries (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Peru, Bolivia, Guyana, Suriname) — identifying, engaging, and securing one high-level strategic partner per country (individual, not organization) to represent company locally.

 

Direct Strategic Partner Search:

  • Find and engage one effective individual strategic partner per country to represent company in each target market.
  • Ensure full alignment with the strategic partner profile, approved in advance.
  • Oversee the partner’s onboarding and adaptation process, working closely with the CEO and internal teams.
  • Coordinate all supporting processes: contracts, training, documentation, and strategic alignment.

 

Compensation:

The employer provides competitive remuneration (fixed salary and bonuses).

 

This role is for you if you:

  • Have a proven record in international business development / franchise networks/ markets entry / partnerships
  • Have experience negotiating and signing contracts at the senior executive or government level
  • Communicate fluently in Ukrainian or Russian, also must have English (C1+) or Spanish (C+1)/Portuguese (C1+), confidently presenting at senior-level meetings
  • Can work independently, take ownership, and deliver results in dynamic environments
  • Willing to undertake self-initiated business trips as needed to achieve results
  • Thrive in scaling environments and want to play a direct role in expanding into 80+ countries
