Position Description: The Partner Account Manager will manage key partner relationships to drive success for PAR POS and its partners. This role focuses on driving revenue and growing relationships with existing partners by leveraging PAR’s APIs to enable third-party integrations.

You will collaborate cross-functionally across departments in a highly matrixed environment to oversee onboarding, optimize integrations, and lead go-to-market initiatives. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that combines partner engagement, project management, and technical understanding. Position Location: Vancouver, Canada (Remote or U.S.-based acceptable) Reports To: Director, Strategic Partnerships What We’re Looking For: 4 years of experience in partnerships, product management, client success, or sales roles in a technology company (preferably SaaS) Restaurant technology experience is highly preferred Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects from start to finish Strong stakeholder management and experience influencing senior-level decision-makers Ability to manage external relationships in a partner and/or client-facing role Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Suite, and DocuSign/AdobeSign Familiarity with AWS, Postman, and REST/SOAP APIs is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities Additional Skills: Analytical mindset with comfort validating data and assumptions Self-starter with the ability to operate independently Strong presentation and facilitation skills Experience building scalable partner engagement models Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning: Manage the full partner lifecycle for assigned strategic partners Lead onboarding and integration project management, collaborating with internal and external teams Maintain ongoing engagement to ensure successful outcomes for PAR and its partners Support go-to-market activities including co-marketing, events, and partner enablement Optimize the performance of third-party integrations and ensure alignment across stakeholders Track and manage partnership pipeline activity and report on KPIs Advocate for partner needs internally and provide training on PAR product capabilitiesThe base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 USD per year, commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.

The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
