Due to continued business growth, we are excited to offer a newly created opportunity for a passionate and motivated Financial Adviser to join our client’s team in Karratha. This role is ideal for an adviser looking to build their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. We also welcome applications from candidates currently completing their Professional Year who are ready to take the next step in their financial planning career.

About the role

  • Collaborating with a team of experienced professionals to provide tailored financial advice to clients.
  • Scheduling and preparing for client meetings.
  • Assisting in the development of high‑quality financial advice strategies and solutions.
  • Managing relationships with existing clients and supporting the onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date client records within the company’s CRM system.
  • Keeping current with financial planning legislation, compliance requirements, industry developments, strategies and financial products.

Qualifications and experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in financial planning, commerce, business, economics or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in the financial planning industry, such as paraplanning or client services (preferred but not essential).
  • A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
  • An understanding of compliance obligations within the financial advice industry.
  • Applicants currently completing their Professional Year are encouraged to apply.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
  • You must be residing in Karratha.
