Performance Marketer / Paid Media Specialist (LinkedIn & Google Ads) We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Markete r to own, optimize, and scale our paid acquisition efforts across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ad s for a B2B SaaS audience .This role goes beyond campaign execution—you will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes, including qualified pipeline growth, customer acquisition efficiency (CAC), lead quality, and return on ad spend (ROAS ). Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, manage, and optimiz e LinkedIn A ds (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Conversation Ads/InMail) an d Google A ds (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers.

Drive high-quality lead generation throug h account-based marketing (AB M), enterprise-focused targeting strategies, funnel optimization, and multi-channel retargeting. Build and maintain sophisticated audience segments using firmographic data, job functions, seniority levels, intent signals, first-party data, and ABM account lists. Design and optimize retargeting programs that re-engage high-intent prospects and improve conversion rates throughout the buyer journey.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs includin g CPL, CPC, CTR, SQL volume, CAC, pipeline contribution, ROAS, and lead quali ty. Manage advertising budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize efficiency while consistently achieving performance targets. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion tracking infrastructure usin g Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, LinkedIn Insight Tag, CRM integrations, and attribution too l Partner closely with Sales, Content, Product Marketing, and Design teams to align messaging, audience targeting, and campaign objectives across funnel stages.

Execute structured A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, ad copy, audiences, bidding strategies, offers, and landing pages to continuously improve performance. Develop and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and growth opportunities. Leverage AI tools such a s ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, and AdCreative. ai to accelerate campaign ideation, ad creation, audience research, and testing workflows while validating results through data-driven experimentation.

Requirements & Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experie nce managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise-focused organizatioon. Demonstrated success in generating qualified pipeline and improving acquisition metrics through paid media programs. Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, lead nurturing, sales funnels, and enterprise purchasing processes.

Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-backed decisions that improve ROI. Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM integrations, and marketing attribution framewo rks. Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, conversion tracking, and marketing automation platforms.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, design, and leadership teams. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and a strong experimentation mindset. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications. Experience marketing B2B SaaS products to mid-market and enterprise customers. Understanding of multi-touch attribution and revenue-driven marketing metrics.

Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Relevant certifications in LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Google Ads, GA4, or related platforms. Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan
