Overview Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs.
Hot leads are generally within a 1-hour radius. You can leverage the strength of a well-known brand to generate more revenue through referrals and prospecting additional customers. Responsibilities Meet with customers in their homes to present flooring options and provide in-home estimates.
Represent a quality brand with a long-standing presence in the industry. Follow up on pre-qualified leads and prospect additional customers through referrals. Utilize a tablet and laser measuring device to facilitate diagrams and contract preparation.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtual). Deliver excellent customer service and professional presentation, including Empire-branded apparel. Work with a 100% commission-based compensation structure with possible bonuses and incentives.
Operate in a role with strong earning potential and paid training. What’s in it for you Uncapped commissions; paid weekly. Paid training and ongoing development.

Requirements Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for roughly 50 flooring sample boards; ability to transport and drive with samples. Valid auto insurance. Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person and virtually. Business development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales. Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
Deliver excellent customer service and present professionally in Empire-branded apparel. Ability to use a tablet and measuring devices during sales presentations. Earning range based on average and top earners.
