Job Description & Requirements Otolaryngology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $227.95 - $246.75 This facility is seeking an Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: One week per month, Clinic and call · Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient · Types of Cases: General ENT evaluations and procedures in clinic · Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic · Certifications Required: Board certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) · Licensure Required: Illinois license Facility Location Easy to access, Peoria’s metropolitan lifestyle gets together with stunning natural beauty.
