Job Description

Elevate workforce effectiveness as a Learning and Organizational Development Partner. Drive initiatives in learning, leadership, and employee engagement while fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity. Reporting to leadership, this role focuses on developing and implementing programs that enhance skills and team dynamics.

The partner will assess needs, guide leaders in building high-performing teams, and manage change initiatives. You’ll also design frameworks for succession planning and organizational development to align with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: • Create tailored employee and leadership development training • Conduct organization-wide assessments and gap analyses • Design comprehensive engagement and assessment programs • Lead change management strategies and implementation plans • Promote team effectiveness and organizational engagement initiatives Requirements: • Minimum of seven years in learning and development • Degree in Adult Education or related field required • Professional designations in coaching or training preferred • Knowledge in organizational behaviour and team dynamics • Excellent communication and project management skills Leverage your expertise in learning and development to foster a dynamic, inclusive, and engaged workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
