Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong understanding of financial processes and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience gathering business requirements for reporting tools and working within an Agile development environment. This role requires a collaborative mindset, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements for reporting, particularly with tools like Snowflake and Tableau. Lead or play a major role in Discovery Workshops, producing AS-IS and TO-BE process flows using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools. Identify business process gaps and pain points; define user stories and acceptance criteria for development.

Facilitate client sign-off on user stories and prepare for/conduct Sprint End demos. Collaborate with technical leads and teams across onshore and offshore locations. Write epics and decompose them into user stories; lead refinement sessions and daily stand-ups.

Act as a liaison among Product Owners, clients, and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills throughout project lifecycles. Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training.

Leverage Salesforce best practices to recommend when to use configuration, custom code, or AppExchange products. Work within Agile development methodologies and manage tasks using tools like JIRA. Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis roles.

Background and understanding of financial processes and reporting. Experience in reporting requirement gathering (Snowflake and Tableau preferred). Proficiency in business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

Ability to elicit and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. At least 3 years of experience: Utilizing Salesforce best practices Determining appropriate use of configuration, custom development, and AppExchange Working in Agile environments Using JIRA or similar tools Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with system integrations and data field mapping.
