Job Description Job Title - Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant Experience - 5 - 10 Years Location - Kochi Notice - Immediate to 15 days Requirements: * Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. * Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice Cloud ERP Finance solutions aligned with business objectives. * Configure and implement Cloud Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Tax Management, Expense Management, and Financial Reporting. * Design and maintain Chart of Accounts, accounting structures, financial hierarchies, approval workflows, and business rules. * Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), business process flows, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications. * Participate in end-to-end implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare support. * Work closely with technical, integration, reporting, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones. * Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, defect triage, and business sign-off activities. * Support data migration, reconciliation, validation, and cutover activities during implementation and upgrade projects. * Analyze and optimize financial business processes to improve efficiency, compliance, automation, and reporting capabilities. * Ensure solutions comply with accounting standards, financial controls, audit requirements, and organizational governance policies. * Provide functional expertise for integrations between Cloud ERP Finance and upstream/downstream applications. * Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes through system optimization and process improvements. * Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution of functional defects and enhancement requests. * Support quarterly cloud releases, patch updates, impact assessments, and regression testing activities. * Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, solution walkthroughs, and status reviews throughout the project lifecycle. * Develop user manuals, process documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts. * Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new finance processes and technologies. * Act as a trusted advisor to business users by providing recommendations on finance transformation, process standardization, and cloud adoption strategies. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process automation, operational excellence, compliance, and enhanced financial reporting capabilities. Mandatory Skills * Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, SAP S/4HANA Finance, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, or other Cloud ERP Finance platforms. * Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, Expense Management, and Financial Reporting. * Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, compliance, and internal controls. * Experience in Cloud ERP implementation, enhancement, support, and finance transformation projects. * Hands-on experience in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, testing, and stakeholder management. * Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
