Position: Oracle Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant

Location: Remote/Hybrid - 2 to 3 days - Hyderabad

Job Description:

• Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant, with expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation and Time & Labor (T&M).
• Configure and support Compensation plans, eligibility profiles, salary components, worksheets, workforce compensation processes, and related business rules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Time and Labor, including time entry, time calculation, approvals, payroll/time integration, and troubleshooting.
• Gather business requirements, perform functional configuration, testing, data validation, production support, and work closely with HR/Payroll and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, HDL/HCM Extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher, and end-to-end implementation/support is preferred.
