Optometrist - Float Position - Competitive Compensation Great Benefits - Chesterfield, MI We are seeking a motivated Optometrist to join an established practice in Chesterfield, Michigan! DETAILS: Float Position Mostly Primary Eye Care 2-3 patients per hour Great support team including billing manager, technicians, marketing, and opticians available Updated technology provided: EMR, Retinal Cameras, OCT (at select offices) New Grad OD Program available - Start before you are licensed Great OD mentorship available SCHEDULE: Float between offices Full Time 4 or 5 days work week available 2 Saturdays preferred COMPENSATION BENEFITS Production based incentive model with bonuses on top Average earnings of $150,000-$160,000/year Medical, dental, vision Life insurance 401k with 3% match Personal/sick time 3 weeks Vacation per fiscal year.
