Description Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred but listed as required in the document’s “Desired” category). Application Deadline: 30 June 2026 Department: Federal Services Location: Washington, DC Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 / year Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, direct, evaluate, and mentor staff across multiple locations. Deliver daily operational updates and disseminate information to personnel at all operating sites.
Ensure daily performance goals are met and provide productivity status reports to leadership. Oversee technical and analytical components of the operation to achieve both short‑and‑long‑term objectives. Establish unit goals, set priorities, manage deadlines, and allocate personnel based on evolving mission needs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Expertise in operational oversight within a large-scale, mission-driven environment. Strong analytical skills for evaluating operational performance, customer satisfaction, and procedural effectiveness. Ability to develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
Proficiency in assessing and addressing training needs across diverse teams. Demonstrated English reading comprehension. Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting 45 lbs., bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
