Operations Manager

Pharmaceutical Supply Chain We are Recruiting for a global biopharmaceutical company specialising in biosimilars, is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to support UK and European supply chain operations. This is a senior, field‑based role with some office presence, offering hands‑on ownership across logistics, supply chain strategy and compliance. The Role Reporting to the Commercial & Operations Director, you’ll manage the import of biological products into Europe and oversee distribution of finished pharmaceutical products, ensuring full GMP, GDP and Customs compliance .

You’ll design and optimise supply chain processes, manage logistics partners and work cross‑functionally with commercial, QA, PV and RA teams. Key responsibilities: End‑to‑end supply chain and temperature‑controlled logistics management Supply chain strategy, optimisation and ERP implementation Demand and supply planning with commercial teams Inventory, warehousing and distribution partner management Performance monitoring, risk identification and issue resolution Budget management and operational project leadership Background required: Degree in Logistics, Economics, Commerce or similar 7+ years’ experience in supply chain/logistics, ideally pharma Experience working with distributors and external partners Strong cross‑functional and stakeholder management skills Solid understanding of GMP/GDP regulated environments If interested, please apply now using the \"Easy Apply Button\"
