Belfast based multi-channel retailer Argento was founded in 1997 and now has 25 stores throughout the UK and Ireland. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join the busy Head Office Team working for the Argento Group. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, keeping an office running efficiently and providing high-quality support to senior leadership.

Job Title:Office Manager Contract: Full time permanent Location: Argento Head Office, Browns, Lelia Street, Belfast BT4 Hours of work: Monday Friday, hours per week Salary:£32,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) Benefits: Generous staff discount (after completing 3-months of 6-month probation) Auto-enrolment pension scheme Eye care vouchers & Flu jab vouchers Regular staff events Job Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth, secure and professional day-to-day running of the office. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and overseeing core administrative, facilities and support services, the role ensures the office operates efficiently and provides high-quality support to senior leadership, including the CEO and Managing Director. This position suits someone highly organised, approachable and confident, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities: Front of House & Office Security Manage all front-of-house operations, acting as the first point of contact for visitors. Operate the buildings buzzer-entry and camera security system, granting controlled access and ensuring visitor protocols are followed. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times.

General Office Administration Provide comprehensive general administrative support across the business. Manage incoming calls, emails, deliveries and correspondence. Maintain accurate office records and filing systems (both digital and physical).

Facilities & Office Operations Book and manage meeting rooms, ensuring availability, setup and basic support as required. Order and monitor office supplies, stationery and consumables, maintaining appropriate stock levels. Oversee and coordinate the work of the cleaning employee, ensuring office cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Act as the point of contact for office-related issues, escalating maintenance or facilities matters when necessary. Executive Support Arrange travel and accommodation for the CEO and Managing Director, including flights, hotels and itineraries. Ensure bookings are cost-effective, timely and aligned to business needs.

Vendor & Supplier Liaison Liaise with office suppliers and service providers as required. Track orders, resolve issues and ensure service agreements are met. The successful candidate will have the following essential criteria: Essential Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator or similar role.

Experience coordinating travel arrangements for senior leadership. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and external visitors. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Motivated, pro-active, enthusiastic and friendly disposition Hold a current, full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle Right to Work in the UK Desirable Experience in a front-of-house or facilities-focused environment.
