Overview

In this role you will lead site operations to ensure efficient fulfillment and timely dispatch of orders. You will manage a team of Area Managers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive safety, quality, and productivity. You will analyze performance, implement improvements, and design initiatives that raise operational excellence across sites.

This position offers a hands-on leadership role with a focus on shaping the Amazon of tomorrow through continuous optimization and strong team development.

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
• Lead operational teams on a shift, address issues, and positively impact site performance
• Analyze shift performance against business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security
• Design and deliver initiatives to improve site-level operational performance

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques or equivalent environments
