Job Description
Operations Manager We are seeking an Operations Manager fluent in Chinese and experienced in providing high quality care through massage or a similar service trade. This role requires strong communication skills, basic human anatomy knowledge, and the ability to handle pressure while maintaining mental resilience. Fluent in Chinese to communicate with Chinese clients.
Good communication skills to handle workers and customers. Good basic knowledge of human anatomy. Can work under pressure.
Strong mental capability. Working hours: 8–10 hours a day, 6 days a week (12pm–10pm). Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends.
Salary: $3,000–$5,000 per month. Qualifications At least 3–4 years in a massage establishment or related service trade. Fluent in Chinese.
