Operations Manager

We’re partnering with a fast-growing global brand group looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of outbound logistics across the UK & Europe. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on driving 3PL performance, delivery accuracy, and distribution efficiency. The job: Manage outbound logistics & order fulfilment Own 3PL + carrier relationships Improve delivery performance & SLAs Analyse sales/logistics data to drive improvements Ensure SAP accuracy across orders & stock Your experience: Experience in logistics / supply chain / operations Strong 3PL & distribution knowledge Confidence with ERP systems (SAP ideal) A proactive, problem-solving mindset This is a chance to step into a high-ownership operations role where you’ll directly impact how products move across the UK & Europe.
