Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager: Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations Lead and support manufacturing-related projects, including automation upgrades, process improvements, and capital investments Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans to meet operational targets Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production processes Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standard We are keen to speak with Operations Managers / Plant Managers with: Degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Experience of developing a team within a manufacturing environment Familiarity with implementing or overseeing automation and efficiency initiatives Deep understanding of manufacturing systems, processes, and best practices Proven ability to lead operational change and improvement initiatives Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Apply now or for a confidential discussion about this Operations Manager, pleas contact Ian Bruce.
