Operations Manager at National Diabetes Trust

Lead meaningful initiatives as Operations Manager with the National Diabetes Trust, driving revenue through effective team management and operational excellence. Support community programs while ensuring fiscal accountability and efficiency. In this hands-on role, you will report to the Area Manager and oversee the Declutter® Program and other collection services.

Manage and motivate staff across multiple locations, ensuring operational targets are exceeded while fostering teamwork. Your leadership will directly contribute to the success of programs that divert clothing from landfills and support Diabetes Canada. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and direct staff to achieve operational targets • Ensure accurate inventory management and reporting • Liaise with Value Village stores for merchandise flow • Complete employee productivity reports monthly • Maintain updated documentation and payroll records Requirements: • Class 5 or G driver’s license with clean record • 5-7 years of multi-disciplinary experience • University Degree or equivalent experience • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial management Enhance operations and community impact through your leadership and organizational skills at National Diabetes Trust. #J-18808-Ljbffr
