This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru East for a Sea Freight Operations Executive. The role involves managing day-to-day sea freight operations, coordinating with shipping lines, customers, and vendors, ensuring accurate documentation, and overseeing shipment tracking. The executive will also ensure compliance with industry regulations, resolve operational challenges, and promote customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service delivery.

• Proficiency in sea freight operations, including shipment coordination and logistics processes
• Strong skills in documentation, data management, and regulatory compliance
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
• Ability to adapt to on-site collaboration and a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics is advantageous
• Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
