As an Operations Analyst at Fever, you will drive cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency across logistics and operations, owning initiatives from planning to delivery. You’ll work with multiple business areas to define needs, design processes, and implement scalable improvements. This role combines hands-on project leadership with data-driven analysis to optimize inventory, workflows, and supplier coordination at a global scale. You’ll contribute to Fever’s growth by standardizing processes and delivering measurable impact.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • End-to-End ownership of projects from planning to execution • Lead and align team members for high performance and safety • Optimize internal processes to maintain efficiency and quality • Manage global inventory control via ERP systems and ensure financial visibility • Drive inventory efficiency, reduce dead stock, and forecast future needs • Develop predictive inventory forecasting frameworks based on business insights • Define, track, and report KPIs related to inventory value and utilization • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding inventory and logistics • Standardize inventory and ERP processes and drive scalability during rapid growth

Responsabilidades • 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, or tech • Bachelor in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field • Fluent in Spanish and English • Inventory management experience • Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and xqbhyrx data visualization skills • Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities • Analytical, problem-solving mindset and data-driven decision making • Team management experience • Adaptability to fast-paced, high-pressure environments
