Operations Analyst (San Rafael)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Perform daily monitoring & system health checks Job status reviews Dashboard monitoring Email alert reviews Handle incident & problem management Troubleshoot alerts Work on assigned tickets Provide technical support to internal customers Participate in: System maintenance (HW/SW) Security vulnerability remediation Project support activities Knowledge sharing / training sessions Continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science Information Technology OR related field OR 4 years of relevant work experience OR Associate's degree + 2 years of relevant experience Minimum 6 years of experience in: Server administration OR related IT infrastructure roles Strong experience with: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Enterprise Infrastructure Management Ansible (automation/configuration management) Scripting: Bash Perl YAML Preferred: Exposure to: AIX Solaris IT Vulnerability Management Security & Compliance practices
