Operations Analyst
Icon
Job Description
Icon makes winning ads and branded content for some of the fastest-growing DTC and enterprise companies in the world. We're now launching our managed creative/ads services and looking to scale our team aggressively. We're on a mission to become a trillion-dollar generational company.
Overview
Icon is hiring an Operations Analyst to own the systems and metrics that keep our managed creative delivery running at scale. You'll sit at the center of multiple delivery pipelines — measuring throughput, diagnosing where work slows down, and building the processes that turn client input into on-time, high-quality output. This is a role for someone who wants to understand why delivery breaks and fix it at the system level, not just keep threads moving.
We're growing extremely quickly. If you're the kind of person who thinks in systems, is fluent with data, and loves turning chaos into repeatable process, you'll have real room to grow here.
What you'll do
1) Delivery Operations & Analytics
- Own the metrics that define delivery health: cycle time, on-time rate, revision volume, throughput per pipeline
- Instrument and maintain trackers and dashboards that give the team real-time visibility into work in flight, owners, ETAs, and risk
- Translate client feedback and delivery signals into structured, prioritized work — and measure how efficiently it moves from intake to resolution
- Build the routing logic and prioritization frameworks that keep the right work moving at the right time
2) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate across creative, production, and internal teams to keep work flowing from intake to delivery
- Run status reviews, surface blockers early with data, and drive them to resolution
- Keep stakeholders aligned with crisp, quantified updates and clear ownership
- Protect deadlines by managing capacity and prioritization across competing pipelines
3) Root-Cause Analysis & Process Design
- Analyze delivery data to identify the patterns behind recurring issues, bottlenecks, and missed deadlines
- Design and document the SOPs, checklists, and QA gates that reduce repeat failures
- Propose and implement workflow improvements, then measure their impact
- Partner with operations and (when relevant) engineering/product to improve the tools and systems delivery runs on
What you\'ll bring
- 2+ years in operations, analytics, project management, or a similar systems-oriented role
- Comfort working with data — you can build a tracker, spot a trend, and quantify a problem
- Strong organization: you can manage multiple pipelines without losing details
- Excellent written communication (clear specs, clean updates, fast follow-through)
- A systems mindset: you fix the process, not just the ticket
Bonus
- Experience supporting delivery or production teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with creative, production, or agency-style workflows
- Comfort with SQL, spreadsheets at scale, or lightweight scripting
