***OPERATIONAL RESILIENCY MANAGER *** A leading financial service firm requires an experienced Operational Resiliency Manager to join their busy London team. Working with key stakeholders and industry participants, the successful candidate will be a key London team leader. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN OPERATIONAL RESILIENCY MANAGER Lead technical exercise programmes and drive enhancement actions Support the design of stress-testing scenarios Support governance through minute taking and actions plans Draft finding reports and deliver responses Enhance/maintain the operational resiliency framework Maintain internal calendars, co-ordinate events, maintain the internal risk register and support wider policy initiatives.

QUALITIES & ATTRIBUTES OF AN OPERATIONAL RESILIENCY MANAGER You will have proven operational resiliency and project management experience ideally gained through the banking and/or financial services sectors. Salary £up to £70K plus bonus, benefits and hybrid working. TPBN1_UKTJ
