Overview

In this role you support the GB energy market's Code Reform by onboarding and socialising Code arrangements with diverse stakeholders. You will act as a primary contact for multiple parties, explain the Code strategy in business terms, and help assess and communicate changes. You collaborate across Code Manager functions to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate information flow, and opportunities for feedback and improvement.

You drive stakeholder engagement, change insights, and continuous service excellence to shape a fair and efficient market.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse party types to aid engagement with Code services
  • Collect and share feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Onboard parties and stakeholders to Code services and ensure SLA compliance
  • Foster collaborative relations with Code Managers and Service Providers
  • Support Change Management by developing enduring solutions and communicating changes
  • Provide initial impact assessments of changes on systems and processes
  • Assist service desk with timely resolutions and manage workload within SLAs
  • Draft/review guidance, communications, and website content for accuracy and consistency
  • Analyze data to identify areas of concern and communicate impacts to parties
  • Prepare agenda items for industry forums to facilitate discussion
  • Support Stakeholder Engagement projects using initiative and team-aligned planning
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities and best practices
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of Codes by assessing future requirements
Key requirements
  • UK Energy market experience preferred
  • Ability to build resilient relationships
