• Lead and motivate Air & Sea Freight teams to meet targets
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency
• Manage customer service performance and cultivate client relationships
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and company procedures
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance
• Develop team capability through coaching and training
• Run regular team meetings to review priorities and activities
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
• Collaborate with customers, colleagues and senior stakeholders to resolve issues
• Support achievement of commercial and operational objectives for Belfast

• Recent freight forwarding experience, within the last 12 months, is essential
• Proven experience in Air and/or Sea Freight Forwarding operations
• Experience using CargoWise One is desirable
• Experience leading or developing operational teams in freight/logistics
• Strong operational management, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
• Good commercial awareness focused on performance and service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with KPIs, SOPs and SLAs is desirable
• Full UK driving licence
