URGENT HIRING FOR Manager of Operations, Operating Room
Job Location: Lapeer, MI
Job Duration: 13 Week
Shift: Days 5*8
Experience/Requirement: 3 years Manager of OR experience - (REQUIRED)
Certificate/License: BLS
LOCAL PAY: $90-$95/hr
WEEKLY TRAVEL PAY PACKAGE (resides out of 50+ miles)
Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid: $1,162.00
Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable): $2,960.00
Weekly Gross: $4,122.00

Key Responsibilities
Staff Leadership: Supervise, hire, and train nurses, techs, and support personnel.
Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and workflow efficiency.
Budget Management: Oversee departmental financial performance, supply purchasing, and resource allocation.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards.
