About the Role

Will & White is looking for enthusiastic and reliable online tutors (hourly basis) to join our tutoring team.

We are looking for tutors who can teach one or more of the following:

* Secondary School: Maths / English / Science

* GCSE: Maths / English / Science

* A Level: Maths / Science

You do not need to teach all subjects or all levels. You can apply based on your individual subject knowledge and teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging and structured 1-to-1 online lessons.

* Adapt teaching methods to suit each student’s ability and learning needs.

* Help students improve their knowledge, confidence and academic performance.

* Prepare students for school assessments, GCSEs and/or A Levels, depending on your area of expertise.

* Provide homework, practice questions and revision support where appropriate.

* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

* Maintain a professional and supportive online learning environment.

Requirements

* Strong subject knowledge in your chosen subject(s) and level(s).

* Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.

* Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for online teaching.

* Comfortable delivering lessons through online platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

* Passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
