There are 3 roles available - Experienced QS or Senior QS or Assistant Director QS. Permanent position. This role will be based in Glasg

Responsibili

• ties
• Deliver pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across a varied project portf
• olio.Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets and feasibility stu
• dies.Manage procurement exercises, tender documentation and tender anal
• ysis.Produce cost reports, valuations and payment recommendat
• ions.Maintain effective financial control throughout each pro
• ject.Lead value engineering, risk management and change-control proce
• sses.Negotiate and agree final acco
• unts.Manage projects from initial feasibility through to comple
• tion.Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contrac
• tors.Mentor junior surveyors and support their professional develop
• ment.Contribute to business development and help secure new opportuni

ties.

Qualific

• ations
• MRICS Chartered status i
• s idealDegree in Quantity Surveying or a related disc
• ipline.Approximately five years’ post-qualification experience within a consu

ltancy.

Require

• perience.Good working knowledge of JCT and NEC c
• ontracts.Experience delivering projects across a range of
• sectors.Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder-managemen
• t skills.Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving
• ability.Ability to manage multiple projects and competing pr
• iorities.Proactive, collaborative and organised
• approach.Full UK driving

licence.

Prefer

• red Skills
• Public-sector project experience would be advantageous but is not

essential.
