Oncology Nursing Educator Position

Join Unity Health Toronto as a Clinical Educator in Nursing, focusing on Oncology and Endoscopy. Lead educational initiatives that enhance nursing skills and improve patient care outcomes. In this role, you will report to the Senior Clinical Program Director and foster a culture of continuous learning among nursing staff.

Your responsibilities include identifying educational needs, designing effective programs, and collaborating with various hospital departments. You'll engage in research and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while creating a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement nursing education programs • Evaluate effectiveness and modify content as needed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on initiatives • Engage in nursing student placements and hiring processes • Provide feedback and support to nursing staff Requirements: • Ontario RN registration with General Class • Master’s degree in nursing or education essential • Minimum 3 years in Endoscopy/Surgery preferred • Proven leadership and collaborative experience • Completion of B.C.L.S.
