This is a permanent/direct hire position. Greet and welcome visitors Answer, screen and direct all phone calls Manage, clean and organize the front desk and common areas ensuring a presentable space. Collect and sort all mail and packages Manage all office equipment needs/maintenance schedules (e.g., printers, fax machine, stamp machine, kitchen appliances, generator, server room A/C) Handle all suite/building concerns and issues with property management. Bind and mail marketing presentations and compliance materials Proofread client-facing/internal materials Handle various special projects for executive team & departments Perform various additional tasks, including scanning and filing and travel arrangement Required Skills Experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Adobe preferred. Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred Customer service and troubleshooting skills Ability to adapt to change, resourceful and self-motivated along with a commitment to excellence
