About the Role

You will play a vital role in supporting our residential aged care manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.

Day to day responsibilities

• Work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
• Proactively manage the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales
• Lend a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Administration Officer
• Maintain all record management systems
• Support the residential aged care manager in their daily tasks

What we expect from you

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally)
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and in a fast‑paced environment
• Solid computer and data skills
• Previous experience in aged care (ideally)
• Previous experience in rostering (ideally)
